Community Center Memberships

WEEKLY MEMBERSHIP 

Experience a week of wellness and recreation with the weekly membership at the Estes Valley Community Center, which includes access to the aquatic center, a fully equipped fitness facility, and a variety of adult and youth recreation classes.

• Validity: Weekly memberships are valid for 7 consecutive days, starting on the date of purchase.
• Residency Status: Your address will determine your residency status for eligibility and pricing.
• Family Membership: Our Family weekly membership accommodates up to 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 18, living at the same address.
• Couples Membership: Our Couples weekly membership accommodates up to two people ages 3 and older, living at the same address.
• Refund Policy: Weekly, monthly, and punch pass memberships are non-refundable.
• Non-transferability: Weekly memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member(s).

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Enjoy a month of wellness and recreation with the monthly membership at the Estes Valley Community Center, which includes access to the aquatic center, a fully equipped fitness facility, and a variety of adult and youth recreation classes.

• Validity: Monthly memberships are valid for 30 consecutive days, starting on the date of purchase.
• Residency Status: Your address will determine your residency status for eligibility and pricing.
• Family Membership: Our Family monthly membership accommodates up to 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 18, living at the same address. 
• Couples Membership: Our Couples monthly membership accommodates up to two people ages 3 and older, living at the same address. 
• Refund Policy: Weekly, monthly, and punch pass memberships are non-refundable.
• Non-transferability: Monthly memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member(s).

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PAID-IN-FULL

Commit to a year of health and wellness with our Annual Membership at the Estes Valley Community Center. This membership offers comprehensive access to the aquatic center, a fully equipped fitness facility, and a variety of adult and youth recreation classes.

• Validity: Annual memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Residency Status: Your address will determine your residency status for eligibility and pricing.
• Family Membership: Our Family Annual Membership accommodates up to 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 18, living at the same address.
• Couples Membership: Our Couples annual membership accommodates up to two people ages 3 and older, living at the same address.
• Non-transferability: Annual memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member(s).
• Cancellation Policy: We require a 30-day written notice for cancellations. Cancellations are permitted for the following reasons:
1. Relocation: If you permanently relocate, please provide proof of your new address.
2. Medical: If a doctor orders that you can no longer exercise, please provide a doctor’s note. For cancellations unrelated to medical or relocation purposes, we request that you settle the difference between the amount paid for the annual membership (which offers a discounted rate for a 12-month commitment) and the corresponding equivalent in monthly membership fees.

   We recognize situations can evolve, necessitating adjustments to your membership status. If you are considering canceling your annual membership, prematurely for reasons unrelated to medical or relocation purposes, we kindly request you settle the disparity between the amount paid for the annual membership, which offers a discounted rate for a 12-month commitment, and the corresponding equivalent in monthly membership fees.

• Hold Policy: We require written notice if you wish to place your membership on hold. Hold requests are typically honored for injuries or extended leave of the country. Payments will continue during the hold period, and the membership agreement will extend by the length of the hold period. Membership holds are valid for up to 60 consecutive days, one time annually. 

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PAID MONTHLY

• Validity: Annual memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• Family Membership: Our Family Annual Membership accommodates up to 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 18, living at the same address.
• Couples Membership: Our Couples annual paid monthly membership accommodates up to two people ages 3 and older, living at the same address.
• Non-transferability: Annual memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member(s).
• Payment Plan: The first payment must be made at the time of purchase. The remaining 11 payments will be automatically withdrawn from a credit or debit card on the 15th of each month. A $3.00 processing fee applies to all monthly payments. Failure to pay past-due amounts by the 15th of the next month will result in suspension of the membership, all fees for the remaining portion of the Initial Term will become immediately due, and a $50.00 reactivation fee will be applied.

PUNCH PASS MEMBERSHIP

Experience the flexibility and convenience of a Punch Pass at the Estes Valley Community Center. This membership provides access to a wide range of facilities and programs, including the aquatic center, a fully equipped fitness facility, and a variety of adult and youth recreation classes.

• Validity: Punch Passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Residency Status: Your address will determine your residency status for eligibility and pricing.
• Transferrable Option: To allow multiple users, you must purchase a Transferrable Punch Pass.
• Refund Policy: Weekly, monthly, and punch pass memberships are non-refundable.

• Shower use is included with daily admission, a punch pass, or membership.
• Shower use without access to the Community Center costs $6.00 for both residents and non-residents.
• For group use, please call the front desk at 970-586-8191 in advance to avoid long lines.
• Each shower stall has a dispenser with hair/body wash.
• Shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and body lotion are available for purchase.
• Bring your own towel and locker padlock or purchase one from us.
