PARKS & TRAILS
What trails do you manage?
We share management of the Lake Estes Trail with the Town of Estes Park and the Bureau of Reclamation. We share management of the Fish Creek Trail with the Town of Estes Park, and manage the Homer Rouse Trail at Cheley Camp.

CAMPGROUNDS
What are the guidelines for making a camping reservation at Mary’s Lake or East Portal Campground?
- No minimum stays on Mondays – Thursdays unless a holiday is involved.
- Two-night minimum stay is required on all weekends. For example, if you want to camp over a weekend, you must book Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday.
- Three-night minimum stay is required on the holidays of Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
- Reservations are accepted up to and including the arrival date. The farthest out you can make a reservation is 180 days prior to your arrival date. Online reservations can be made 24 hours a day at www.reserveamerica.com. The reservation center is open for calls at (800)964-7806 seven days a week during the recreation season from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST on weekdays, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. MST on weekends. During the off-season, October through March, the reservation center is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. MST and is closed on weekends.
- Groups are limited to five sites and a maximum of 30 people. Please contact the Campground Manager when making a group reservation.
- Reservations not checked-in by midnight on the day following your arrival date will be released without a refund.
- ADA sites are available for persons with disabilities or otherwise limited physical mobility. If no one in the party is disabled, another site must be selected. If all other sites are reserved and an ADA site is the only available, it may be reserved by a non-disabled person.
- When you make your reservation, payment in full is required. VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted. If paying in person for a walk-in site, we accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express or cash (sorry, no personal checks).

PICNIC SHELTERS
Do I need to make a reservation for picnic shelters at Stanley Park or Lake Estes?
It’s a great idea to reserve your picnic spot in advance! However, assorted shelters are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

COMMUNITY CENTER
What are the age requirements for different areas at the Community Center?
- Swimming Pools: Ages 3 and under must have an adult in the water within arm’s reach.
- Swimming Pools, Lobby, Track and Gym: You must be 9 years or older to be unsupervised in these areas.
- Cardio and Weight Rooms: Patrons under 12 not allowed. Ages 12-13 years old must complete a Fitness Orientation AND have adult supervision in these areas.
- Cardio, Weight Rooms and Hot Tub: Patrons 14 years or older who have completed a Fitness Orientation may be unsupervised in these areas as well as the hot tub.
VENUES
What is available for my events at the Community Center?
The lower level Community Room can be divided into three sections and can be rented as a whole or separately. The adjacent Kitchen and Patio may be rented as well.
You can also rent the Conference, Game, Party and Classrooms, Upper or Lower Fitness, the Gymnasium (whole or half), Lap and Leisure pools and Cubz Den.

STANLEY PARK
What can I reserve for an event at Stanley Park?
You can rent just about everything at Stanley Park! The ballfields, mountain bike and skate parks, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, two picnic shelters, the dog park, and for big festivals – the great lawn.

SPECIAL EVENTS, FESTIVALS AND FAIRS
What special events are coming up?
Tuesday Night Live on July 8 at the Lake Estes Marina Pavilion. Venue opens at 5p, music starts at 5:30p with Nick Critchlow and Chain Station. Concert is free; parking is $8.
Christmas in July craft fair on Saturday, July 26 from 10a–2p in the lower level of the Community Center. Free and open to the public.
