Swim Program: WaterCats
The Estes Park WaterCats swim program is an established program for kids who are aspiring to be a part of swim team or kids looking to become more advanced swimmers. This program focuses on proficiency in all strokes; freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly in a swim team environment!
Fall session of WaterCats will start Monday October 6th. Our WaterCats program is kids in grades K-8 . Our program offers four different groups that are based on ability level. Swimmers will be assessed by coaches and placed into one of the four appropriate groups. Swimmers in elementary school meet a coach in front of the school and walk over together

WaterCats is an open registration program, anyone who meets the criteria for Level 1 can join and there is no registration fee.
Punch passes are used for attendance and allow for scheduling flexibility.

Swimmers that are beyond Level 1 will be placed into one of the other groups at the coaches discretion.
Parents that are interested in signing their children up must read and sign the handbook and return the back page to a WaterCats coach. We will hold two informational meetings before the season begins: September 17th at 4:30pm and September 30th at 6:00pm at the Aquatic Center.
***This program is a combined effort of the Estes Park Aquatic Center and the Otters Swim Club. It is designed to help participants be ready for the regime of a swim club. This is not a Red Cross swim lesson and it is not a swim club...its in-between.***
