BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS
Board of Directors meets on the third Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. The meetings are open to the public and are held at the Estes Park Golf Course (18-Hole Golf Course), in the Downstairs Meeting Room, 1480 Golf Course Road, Estes Park, Colorado, unless otherwise posted.
Notices of meeting times and locations are posted at the District Office, 690 Big Thompson Ave., Estes Park; the Municipal Building, 170 MacGregor Ave., Estes Park; and the Public Library, 335 E. Elkhorn Ave., Estes Park, as well as at the office of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder, 1601 Brodie Ave., Estes Park, and at the office of the Boulder County Commissioners, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder.
The agenda outline of each regular Board meeting is posted at the District Office, 690 Big Thompson Ave., Estes Park, at least 24 hours before the meeting (and is also posted below).
ABOUT THE BOARD
The District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. The members must be electors of the District as defined by state law and are elected to staggered four year terms of office at successive biennial elections. Vacancies on the District Board are filled by appointment of the remaining Directors, the appointee to serve until the next regular election, at which time the vacancy is filled by election for any remaining expired portion of the term.
The Directors hold regular meetings and, as needed, special meetings. Each Director is entitled to one vote on all questions before the District Board when a quorum is present.

ELECTION INFORMATION
The next biennial election for the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at which time there will be two Board member openings.
