Fitness Classes

The Aquatic Center has a wide variety of fitness offerings. All of our classes are taught by highly trained and experienced instructors. Our classes run on a drop in basis, so there is no registration required. We offer punch passes available for participants. The same punch pass can be used for all of our fitness classes. Your first time to any class is free so please stop by and try them out! If you have any questions give us a call at 970.586.2340.

Aquanastics

Mon-Fri 9:00 - 10:00 am

Join this fun group for a workout that includes range
of motion, stretching, strengthening, and cardio work.

Great for people rehabbing from medical procedures.

Deep Water Aerobics

 

 Mon - Fri 11:30 am - 12:20 pm

Wed 6:00-6:55pm

Take an aggressive approach to fitness with a vigorous,
non-impact workout held in deep water. This class is
perfect for anyone wanting a great cardio workout.

Shallow Water Aerobics

Tues, Thurs 5:30-6:30pm

Join us for a high intenisity, low impact fun aerobic workout.  We have music and high energy instructors, here to provide a full workout.  Join us for this great class!  Warm up start 15 minutes prior to class start time!

This Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program is a recreational
exercise program designed for people with arthritis and other
related diseases.
The exercises are designed to improve
muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and to manage
pain associated with arthritis.
This class is being held
at the Good Samaritan Village.
Water temp. is 90 degrees.
